Where is Jamestown, exactly? Jamestown is located in the middle of Guilford County in the State of North Carolina.

Jamestown is located in between the cities of High Point and Greensboro and is adjacent to the unincorporated community of Sedgefield.
It’s also a short drive from Interstate 40, Interstate 85, Interstate 73, Highway 68, Highway 311, Highway 70, and Highway 29.
Jamestown is served by the Piedmont Triad International Airport, which is around a 15 minute drive north on Highway 68 and offers flights on major carriers across the country.
Getting to Jamestown is easy. From Greensboro, just take High Point Road and head west towards High Point. You will pass through Jamestown on the way as High Point Road turns into Jamestown’s Main Street.
From Interstate 40, you can take the Guilford College-
From Highway 68, you can exit onto Penny Road and head south to intersect with Main Street.
